Job Position: Logistics Coordinator

– Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound shipments.
– Work closely with suppliers, vendors, and transport providers to ensure timely deliveries.
– Maintain accurate records of shipments, inventory, and logistics processes.
– Optimize transportation routes and costs while ensuring efficiency.
– Handle documentation, including invoices, bills of lading, and customs paperwork.
– Troubleshoot shipping and delivery issues to maintain smooth operations.
– Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
– Collaborate with warehouse and sales teams to align logistics with business goals.
– Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field (preferred).
– Proven experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain coordination.
– Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
– Proficiency in logistics software, Microsoft Office Suite, and ERP systems.
– Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
