Requirements
– Community Management and Owners Association experience is highly preferred.
– Experience with residential communities, mixed-use developments, or master communities in the UAE.
– Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 Management Systems and UAE QHSE regulations.
– Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
– NEBOSH/IOSH certification.
