Job Position: QA/QC Manager (Civil)
Location: Dubai, UAE
Company Name: NVR HR Solutions
– Develop & implement Project Quality Plans (PQP), Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), and Method Statements
– Conduct site inspections for civil works (shuttering, reinforcement, concreting, masonry, finishing)
– Manage QA/QC documentation: MIRs, RFIs, NCRs
– Ensure incoming materials meet project specifications and consultant approval
– Raise NCRs and follow up on corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)
– Prepare weekly/monthly quality reports
– Coordinate third-party testing and lead internal audits
– Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering
– 7–10 years in QA/QC roles (High-rise or Residential/Commercial projects)
– ISO 9001:2015 Internal Auditor certification preferred
– Strong knowledge of Dubai Municipality, British Standards (BS), ASTM standards
– Proficient in MS Office & AutoCAD
– Excellent leadership & communication skills
