Job Position: Project Quantity Surveyor
Location: UAE

– Professionals Experienced in GRC/GRP facade and cladding Projects
– Manage post-contract commercial activities from execution to final account
– Review & validate BOQs and scope of works for GRC/GRP materials
– Prepare payment applications & handle variations, claims, and EOTS
– Maintain cash flow forecasts, cost reports & dashboards
– Collaborate with subcontractors, consultants & project managers
– Ensure compliance with FIDIC & UAE contract standards
– Degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
– 8+ years GCC experience in GRC/GRP projects
– Responsible for drafting and managing contractual correspondence
