Job Position: Project Manager
Location: RAK, UAE

– Act as the main point of contact between the Client and delivery teams
– Coordinate consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders
– Manage project plans, schedules, budgets, and risks
– Track variations and monitor impact on time and cost
– Ensure quality, compliance with the project brief, and timely issue resolution
– Provide regular progress reports, forecasts, and updates to the Client
– Requirements: 8+ years of relevant experience (client-side or consultancy preferred)
– Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
– Strong project controls, stakeholder management, and communication skills
– Proficient in MS Office, MS Project, Primavera, and similar tools
