Job Position: Project Manager – Civil & MEP Focus
Location: Dubai, UAE

– Be stationed at the project site, attending all site meetings and office progress review meetings.
– Act as the primary point of contact for Consultants, Main Contractors, Subcontractors, and Government Agencies.
– Prepare, maintain, and circulate detailed Minutes of Meetings (MoM).
– Ensure systematic organization and control of all project documents.
– Collaborate with consultants to verify and confirm that each project phase is completed in accordance with company expectations.
– Reviewing tender documents
– A degree in Civil Engineering is mandatory.
– 4–5 years of proven experience as a Site Engineer or Project Engineer, preferably in warehousing or commercial building projects.
– Strong understanding and ability to interpret engineering drawings.
– Excellent written and oral communication skills.
– Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to manage multiple stakeholders.
– Solid knowledge of MEP systems (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) is highly preferred.
