Requirements

– Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
– Minimum 20 years of experience in major building construction projects
– At least 15 years of experience with Tier-1 main contractors
– Proven experience leading projects valued at QAR 500 million or more
– Previous experience in Qatar or the GCC is mandatory
– Strong leadership, commercial, contractual, and stakeholder management skills
– Knowledge of QCS, QatarEnergy requirements, Primavera P6, and document management platforms is an advantage

Key Responsibilities

– Lead the successful delivery of major building construction projects
– Manage client, consultant, and stakeholder relationships
– Oversee commercial, contractual, financial, and operational performance
– Direct multidisciplinary teams including Engineering, Construction, MEP, Planning, Commercial, QA/QC, HSE, Procurement, and Logistics
– Drive project governance, risk management, and strategic decision-making
– Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
