8Flamez is seeking a Production Manager to oversee production operations and processes, ensuring production meets standards within deadlines. The role requires experience managing a production team, implementing footage capture and archiving processes, managing the edit cycle, and overseeing content schedules. The Production Manager will also contribute to the development and implementation of production strategies, policies, and procedures. This full-time, on-site role is located in Dubai.
Qualifications
The job requires at least 7+ years of experience in Production Management, strong team management, communication, organization, planning, and critical thinking skills. A Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Engineering is preferred, along with familiarity with production software and productivity tools. Experience working in the Middle East is essential, and an avid fan of YouTube content is a plus.
