Job Position: Procurement Coordinator

– We are looking for a reliable and proactive Procurement Coordinator to support our purchasing activities
– Handle sourcing, creating purchase orders, following up on deliveries, and registering invoices
– High level of attention to detail, effective interdepartmental & supplier coordination, and strong data management capabilities
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management
– Minimum of 2 years of hands-on procurement experience within the UAE
– Solid understanding of local market practices
– Familiar with procurement processes, systems, and best practices
– Expertise in using ERP systems for procurement operations
– Ability to negotiate effectively with suppliers to secure optimal terms and pricing
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proactive approach to follow-ups
– High level of accuracy in documentation, data entry, and record-keeping
– Capable of working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
