Job Position: Technical Director

– PrintStone 3D Print is pioneering the future of construction technology in the UAE, specializing in 3D-printed buildings and architectural elements. We are looking for a Technical Director to lead our technical and operational teams, drive project execution, and ensure the highest standards of innovation, quality, and compliance.
– Recruit, train, and supervise project teams (site supervisors, operators, workers).
– Provide hands-on training in operating large-scale gantry 3D printers.
– Oversee technical maintenance and servicing of 3D printing systems.
– Develop and prepare 3D models of small architectural forms in collaboration with designers.
– Supervise project timelines, budgets, and quality control to meet client expectations.
– Ensure compliance with UAE construction codes, safety standards, and technical regulations.
– Perform technical and commercial calculations for projects, including foundation printing and small-scale architectural production.
– Implement operational processes to improve efficiency, scalability, and resource management.
– Manage relations with subcontractors, material suppliers, and machinery providers.
– Negotiate contracts, secure supply chains, and optimize cost-effectiveness.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and investors.
– Translate technical capabilities into innovative solutions and market opportunities.
– Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or related field (Master’s preferred).
– Proven leadership in construction project management, with exposure to advanced building methods.
– Hands-on expertise in 3D printing technologies applied to construction.
– Proficiency in key software tools for construction 3D printing and project design.
– Strong knowledge of UAE regulatory and legal frameworks in construction and safety.
– Excellent managerial, organizational, and negotiation skills.
