Job Title: PREPARATOR

Location: UAE (Preferred industry: Shipyard)

Key Responsibilities:

• Adhere to departmental procedures to ensure consistency and control.
• Comply with data security protocols to safeguard company information.
• Coordinate daily onboard and workshop activities.
• Maintain and update drawings and databases (Spool Tracker, local drives).
• Prepare and follow up on material requisitions.
• Estimate required man-hours and submit for approval.
• Draft and submit final job descriptions for invoicing.
• Document all completed projects as per departmental standards.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental policies.

Qualifications:

• Graduate (Engineering background preferred)
• Trained in AutoCAD and Smart Plant Isometrics
