Job Position: Real Estate Agent
Location: Dubai, UAE

– Actively source, list, and close property sales and rental deals in Dubai.
– Build and maintain a strong network of property owners, investors, and tenants.
– Conduct market research to stay updated on Dubai’s real estate trends and property values.
– Provide clients with expert advice on market conditions, pricing, and mortgages.
– Negotiate offers and finalize deals, ensuring compliance with RERA and company standards.
– Maintain excellent relationships with clients, ensuring repeat and referral business.
– Proven experience as a Real Estate Broker/Agent in Dubai (minimum 1 year of Experience preferred).
– Valid UAE driving license & car.
– Strong knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market, communities, and regulations.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
– Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional.
– Language: Dutch, German, French, Italian, Spanish
