Job Position: Civil Estimator

– Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent
– 6–7 years of experience with a UAE-based contracting company
– Strong knowledge of local market rates, materials, and suppliers
– Excellent analytical and communication skills
– Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications
– Prepare accurate cost estimates for civil and structural works
– Obtain and evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations
– Coordinate with technical and procurement teams for pricing inputs
– Support tender submissions and value engineering exercises
