Job Position: Executive Secretary cum Personal Assistant

– Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role (preferably in the construction/contracting industry)
– Strong organizational and time-management skills
– Excellent communication skills (English; Arabic is a plus)
– Proficiency in MS Office and office management systems

– Manage executive schedules, appointments, and communications
– Draft, review, and manage correspondence and documentation
– Organize meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items
– Support day-to-day office operations and coordination with departments
