Job Position: Social Media Manager (Arabic Speaking)

– 2-4 years of social media management experience
– Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, public relations, or related field
– Proficient in using multi-social posting programs such as SocialBakers, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or HubSpot
– Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office
– Experience working with Adobe Photoshop and/or any other editing applications is a plus
– A solid understanding of the use of a range of social media platforms, particularly in relation to advertising/branding and customers
– Strong editing and writing skills suitable for each platform, from knowing how to write a successful tweet to using effective storytelling techniques
– The ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
– A proven ability to work quickly, efficiently, and with meticulous attention to detail
– Excellent teamwork and networking skills
– Design and implement a social media strategy to align with the clients’ business goals
– Create social content supporting the junior team
– Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice, and terminology
– Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
– Source imagery from brands and/or brief in requests for the creation of additional assets required to align with the content strategy
– Ensure progress on all platforms by using analytical tools such as Google Analytics and others
– Monitor comments and communication with the community, ensuring the correct departments are made aware and assisting in queries in a timely manner
– Maintain, schedule, and manage all portfolio social calendars with brand marketing assets and delivery analysis for format series during the most engaged audience time/day
– Regularly liaise with clients via telephone, email, conference calls, or face-to-face (agency roles)
– Salary – 6,000 – 8,000 AED/month
