– We are looking for a Brand Manager for a Retail company based in the Middle East.
– Salary – 25,000 – 28,000 AED/month
– Preferred Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
– 6–8 years’ experience in brand management, retail management, or a similar commercial role within fashion or lifestyle retail.
– Minimum 3 years’ proven experience in a managerial or people-leadership role.
– Strong commercial acumen with demonstrated experience in market analysis, pricing strategy, and performance optimisation.
– Experience managing multi-territory or multi-store retail operations, ideally within a franchised retail environment.
– Proven ability to lead brand growth initiatives, including new market entry, promotions, events, and seasonal campaigns.
– Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, margins, stock performance, and customer insights.
– Demonstrated experience in budget planning, forecasting, and cost control.
– Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
– Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Spanish, Italian, or French is an advantage.
– Strong working knowledge of MS Office and standard retail reporting tools.
– Key Responsibilities:
– Drive brand growth and expansion into new geographical areas through comprehensive market and commercial analysis.
– Manage store operations to ensure seamless functioning, accurate pricing, and effective merchandise display.
– Coordinate schedules and collaborate with window dressers to enhance visual appeal.
– Set and manage the teams’ seasonal travel budget, overseeing their schedules and coordinating plans with relevant stakeholders.
– Choose collection products in line with market trends, analyze the target, market, pricing, and competition to deliver brand-related reports and requested data.
– Enhance pricing strategies through thorough market analysis, competitive mapping, and margin stimulation techniques.
– Implement proactive action plans to address unmet targets and drive sales results forward.
– Collaborate with relevant departments to enhance operational efficiency, minimizing costs while maximizing profits.
– Oversee and ensure the implementation and adherence to terms, conditions, and rules outlined in franchise and lease agreements.
– Coordinate and implement events, promotions, sales, and special collections with the marketing team and suppliers to boost brand sales.
– Participate in developing the brand marketing strategy to enhance visibility and drive sales.
– Work closely with relevant stakeholders to establish seasonal budgets, ensuring clear standards for sales, inventory rotation, and loss management.
– Collaborate with key stakeholders to define and adhere to seasonal budgetary guidelines.
– Ensure optimal stock rotation and quality within budget to achieve healthy margins.
– Enhance sales performance while effectively managing margins and optimizing profitability.
– Conduct ongoing analysis to maximize sell-through at full price and strategically plan inventory.
– Recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate the team to ensure that the department has the necessary skill base, and that staff are optimally motivated and enabled to maximize their potential and contribution to the company.
– About the Role:
– We are seeking a Brand Manager who will guide the retail brand management team in devising and implementing strategic plans centered around the brand’s values. He/she contributes to the advancement of their assigned brand, focusing on promotion, event planning, business analysis, and new product development for established stores. Moreover, he/she oversees and manages the brand’s presence across multiple territories, devising and implementing strategic action plans that align with the brand’s direction to foster growth and enhance performance.
