Requirements
– Strong knowledge of fragrance ingredients, blending techniques, and production processes
– Experience in developing and formulating perfume and fragrance products
– Ability to select and source fragrance oils, essential oils, aroma chemicals, and other raw materials
– Experience creating and refining fragrance blends based on market trends and customer requirements
– Knowledge of perfume production processes, quality control, and industry standards
– Ability to conduct fragrance testing, evaluation, and stability assessments
– Experience maintaining formulation and production records
– Knowledge of emerging fragrance ingredients and industry trends
– Ability to troubleshoot formulation and manufacturing issues
– Strong collaboration skills to work with production, quality control, and marketing teams
