Qualifications & Requirements
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
– Minimum 2 to 4 years of experience in payroll administration or financial accounting within an HR department.
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
– Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and formulas, are essential.
– Good knowledge of ERP systems or recognized HR/payroll software.
– Deep understanding of local labor laws, social insurance regulations, and wage protection systems.
– Strong interpersonal and clear communication skills.
– Ability to identify issues and provide effective solutions in a timely manner.
Key Responsibilities
Payroll Processing
– Collect and review attendance records, overtime hours, leaves, and monthly deductions in coordination with the Personnel department.
– Accurately calculate monthly salaries, including allowances, overtime, and other deductions.
– Prepare monthly payroll sheets, submit them to the Finance Department for approval, and execute bank transfers on schedule.
Benefits and Settlements Management
– Calculate end-of-service benefits, unused leaves, and contract termination dues for resigned or terminated employees.
– Manage and track employee loans and advances in coordination with the Finance Department.
– Prepare financial and administrative reports regarding payroll and associated costs upon senior management request.
Internal Communication with Site Coordinator / Employees
– Respond to employee inquiries regarding salaries, allowances, deductions, and payslips.
– Resolve potential payroll disputes or discrepancies with high confidentiality and promptness.
Personal & Professional Skills
– Accuracy and attention to detail.
– Confidentiality and integrity when handling sensitive financial and personal data.
– Ability to work under pressure and meet strict payroll processing deadlines.
– Strong problem-solving skills.
