Job Title: Payroll Accounts Lead
Location: Dubai, UAE
Experience & Qualifications:
- 5–8 years of experience in a Payroll capacity
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounts, Commerce, Finance, or Business Administration (Master’s preferred)
Skills & Competencies:
- Proficient in Advanced Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and payroll practices
- Experience with payroll/accounting software (AX, Dynamics, ORACLE, SAP, etc.)
- Solid understanding of UAE Labour Law and employee benefits
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment while maintaining accuracy
