Job Title: Payroll Accounts Lead

Location: Dubai, UAE

Experience & Qualifications:

  • 5–8 years of experience in a Payroll capacity
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounts, Commerce, Finance, or Business Administration (Master’s preferred)

Skills & Competencies:

  • Proficient in Advanced Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and payroll practices
  • Experience with payroll/accounting software (AX, Dynamics, ORACLE, SAP, etc.)
  • Solid understanding of UAE Labour Law and employee benefits
  • Ability to thrive in a high-pressure environment while maintaining accuracy
