Job Position: Parent Relations Executive
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

– Serve as the main point of contact for all parent communications, inquiries, and feedback
– Ensure timely and effective resolution of parent concerns, enhancing overall satisfaction
– Coordinate, communicate, and drive parent engagement
– Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to ensure consistent, high-quality communication and drive communications
– Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business Administration, Education, or a related field
– Minimum 2–3 years of experience in customer service or parent-facing roles, ideally in an educational setting
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (English essential, Arabic is a plus)
– A proactive, empathetic, and solution-oriented mindset
– Familiarity with school management systems and CRM tools is an advantage
