Job Position: Logistics Operator
Location: Dubai, UAE

– UAE-based candidates only
– Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics or operations roles
– Strong English communication skills (verbal & written)
– Basic computer proficiency (Excel, ERP or logistics systems)
– Prior experience managing drivers & truck schedules
– Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
– Coordinate & monitor daily truck schedules for fuel deliveries
– Track driver attendance, duty start times & performance
– Update delivery status using logistics software or tracking tools
– Communicate with drivers and warehouse teams to resolve delays
– Ensure safety & compliance with company standards
– Maintain accurate records of dispatch, inventory & delivery logs
– Support inventory reconciliation and route planning for optimization
