Job Position: Business Risk Officer

– Join a leading bank in the UAE as a Business Risk Officer on a 2-year contract, ensuring regulatory compliance, operational framework governance, and risk mitigation strategies for PBG entity customers
– Salary: AED 13500 (Based on performance)
– Key Responsibilities:
– Oversee the onboarding of Business Banking customers and manage portfolio data governance
– Ensure adherence to compliance, credit, and operational controls (BAF portfolio)
– Identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks through proactive strategies
– Collaborate with compliance, credit, collections, RMs, and senior management to reduce the cost of risk and enhance due diligence
– Eligibility Criteria:
– 5–7 years’ experience in risk management within banking/financial institutions
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
– Proven track record of managing risk frameworks and regulatory requirements
