– Define, develop, and implement detailed marketing strategies aligned with Oserth’s brand values and growth objectives.
– Utilize a variety of online and offline marketing tools and channels to maximize reach and engagement across both B2B and B2C sectors.
– Collaborate closely with marketing agencies and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and promotional activities.
– Monitor campaign performance and market trends to optimize strategies and maximize brand visibility and engagement.
– Coordinate cross-functional efforts to maintain consistent messaging and brand positioning.
– Identify and expand Oserth’s market presence by finding new clients and partners in diverse international markets.
– Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring consistent follow-up and high satisfaction levels.
– Drive business growth by meeting or exceeding sales targets in both B2C retail and B2B wholesale channels.
– Analyze sales data and market feedback to adjust strategies and identify new opportunities.
– Represent Oserth at industry events and trade shows to increase brand awareness and network with potential clients.
– Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the beauty or personal care industry.
– Strong expertise in leveraging both online (digital advertising, social media, email marketing, SEO) and offline (events, print media, trade shows) marketing tools.
– Experience managing marketing strategies and campaigns in both B2B and B2C sectors.
– Demonstrated ability to expand markets and manage client relationships across multiple countries.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and project management skills.
– Passionate about sustainable beauty and committed to Oserth’s brand values.
– Willingness to travel as required to support business growth initiatives.
