Job Position: Operations Manager – Café, Food Service, Events & Pop-Ups

– Oversee daily operations across all café branches
– Ensure consistent implementation of SOPs, brand standards, and service guidelines
– Conduct regular branch visits, audits, and performance reviews
– Plan, execute, and manage events, pop-ups, kiosks, and temporary outlets
– Coordinate staffing, logistics, setup, and breakdown for events
– Ensure food safety, hygiene, and quality standards across all operations
– Lead, coach, and support Store Managers and event teams
– Manage budgets, costs, sales performance, and profitability
– Oversee inventory management, suppliers, and equipment coordination
– Ensure compliance with local regulations and labor laws
– Support new branch openings and business growth initiatives
– Sales growth and profitability
– Event and pop-up performance
– Customer satisfaction
– Labor and food cost control

– Staff engagement and retention
– Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, or a related field
– 5–8 years of experience in F&B operations with multi-branch exposure
– Proven experience managing events and pop-ups

– Budgeting and cost control
– Strong communication and leadership abilities
– Problem-solving and decision-making skills
