Job Position: Operations Manager

– Oversee daily operations across multiple business functions.
– Develop and implement processes, KPIs, and policies.
– Monitor performance metrics, budgets, and forecasts.
– Lead and mentor teams to achieve operational goals.
– Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards.
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field.
– 5+ years of leadership experience in operations management.
– Strong understanding of supply chain and process optimization.
– Proficiency in data analysis, ERP/CRM systems, and reporting.
– Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
– PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or similar certification is an advantage.
