Job Position: Operations Manager
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

– Lead the launch and setup of AirDXB operations in Abu Dhabi
– Act as the primary representative of AirDXB in the capital
– Oversee guest relations: manage queries, handle check-ins/check-outs, and resolve issues professionally
– Visit and inspect properties regularly to ensure standards are met and maintained
– Coordinate with guests face-to-face, over the phone, and digitally to deliver a seamless experience
– Manage and support property onboarding in Abu Dhabi, ensuring smooth integration into the platform
– Collaborate closely with the Dubai head office for operational support, training, and scaling the Abu Dhabi team
– Handle ad-hoc operational tasks, adapting quickly to the needs of a fast-growing business
– Proven experience in property management, holiday homes, hospitality, or hotel operations
– Strong customer service and guest relations skills
– Hands-on, self-motivated, and solutions-driven
– Excellent knowledge of Abu Dhabi (must already be based there – no relocation option)
– Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
– Valid UAE driving license and vehicle
