Job Title: Operations Manager

Key Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Facilities Manager, Property Manager, or Building Manager
- Well-connected with FM subcontractors (hard & soft services) in Central London
- Strong knowledge of UK building compliance regulations
- Proven ability to manage subcontractors and internal teams
- Excellent client-facing communication skills
- Detail-oriented, polite, professional, and adaptable
- Self-motivated, yet a reliable team player
- Committed to long-term growth and company vision
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
