AL SHIRAWI ENTERPRISES is seeking an Operations Assistant for a full-time on-site role in Dubai. The Assistant will report to the Operations Manager and will support daily operations, analyze data, assist in operations management, and provide exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
The job requires strong analytical skills, excellent communication, experience in operations and customer service, independent work, and a Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Business Administration, or related field. Experience in transportation or logistics is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and operational software is also required.
