Job Position: Office Manager
Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

– Be the key point of coordination and support for Archer’s UAE operations
– Manage daily office functions and administrative logistics for the Abu Dhabi team
– Support local event planning, vendor management, and procurement
– Oversee onboarding, hiring coordination, and internal scheduling
– Prepare presentations, reports, and stakeholder materials
– Follow up on project deliverables across teams
Requirements:
– Experience in admin, operations, or project coordination
– Fluent in English and Arabic
– Strong organizational and multitasking skills
– Based in the UAE and able to travel between Abu Dhabi and Dubai
– Bonus: Aviation, mobility, or early consulting background is preferred
