– Oversee and manage daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity
– Supervise administrative staff and coordinate their activities
– Develop and implement office policies, procedures, and systems
– Monitor office supplies inventory and ensure timely procurement
– Assist management with scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and handling correspondence
– Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements
– Support HR functions, including onboarding, employee records, and office culture initiatives
– Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to support company operations
– Identify areas for process improvements and contribute to organizational development
– Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Manager, or similar role
– Strong organizational and leadership skills
– Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
– Proficiency in MS Office and office management software
– Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
– Experience in logistics or relocation services will be an added advantage
