Job Position: Senior Property Consultant – Off Plan

– Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
– Employment Type: Full-Time | Onsite
– Advise and guide clients on off-plan property investments across Dubai
– Provide clients with regular market insights, performance updates, and strategic investment advice
– Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring a premium service experience
– Conduct financial analysis, forecast returns, and identify growth opportunities in the off-plan market
– Stay up to date with new project launches, developer offerings, and market trends
– Ensure compliance with all RERA regulations and legal requirements
– Represent clients’ interests professionally and assist them through the full investment process
– Maintain accurate records, contracts, and reports
– Strong analytical skills and financial acumen
– 2+ years of experience in the UAE real estate market (off-plan sales experience preferred)
– In-depth knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market, trading practices, and regulatory environment
– Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
– Well-educated with a strong professional presence
– RERA certification and/or professional designations are an advantage
– Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple clients effectively
– CRM or property management software experience is a plus
