Job Position: Facilities Engineer

– Marina Facilities Management – Facilities Management Industry
– Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (UAE Attested)
– Knowledge of MEP systems: operation, repair & maintenance (DX, VRF, Package Chiller and associated assets, pumps, electrical & ELV assets, etc.)
– Able to prepare condition survey reports with lifecycle plan
– Project and team management skills
– Valid UAE Driving License
– Minimum 5 years’ experience (at least 3 years in UAE/GCC)
– Excellent command of English and Arabic
– Joining Preference: Immediate joiners preferred. Should be available in the UAE for the client interview
