Job Position: Sr. Broker Relations Specialist (B2B)

– Verify brokers’ documents for contract approval
– Conduct broker orientations and assign sales agents
– Provide brokers with the required data and ensure timely updates from the sales team
– Maintain strong broker relationships and resolve conflicts between channels
– Approve commission sheets and coordinate with finance for timely payments
– Prepare monthly and yearly performance reports for management
– Minimum 2 years’ experience in broker management within the real estate industry
– Experience with developer companies is highly preferred
– Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
