– Support training, discipline, and daily operational control
– Strong spoken and written English (clear articulation is essential)
– Confident, polished, and professional appearance
– Natural authority on the floor — calm, structured, respected
– Experience in premium cafés, hospitality, or specialty coffee
– Comfortable leading international teams in a fast-paced environment
– Hands-on mindset — you lead by example, not from the side
