Job Position: Sales Coordinator
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

– Support the Sales team by ensuring smooth coordination of sales activities
– Accurate documentation and effective communication with internal departments and external clients
– Manage inquiries, prepare proposals and contracts, coordinate site inspections
– Maintain organized sales records to support revenue growth
– Previous experience as a Sales Coordinator or in a similar sales/administrative role, preferably in hospitality
– Strong knowledge of hotel sales processes, contracts, and client coordination
– Ability to prepare quotations, proposals, agreements, and sales reports accurately and on time
– Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills
– Proficient in MS Office with familiarity in hotel PMS/CRM systems
– Detail-oriented, reliable, proactive, and able to work independently or as part of a team
– Experience in hotel sales administration, events, or group bookings will be an advantage
