Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in IT support and Microsoft system administration.
- Expertise in Microsoft 365 (O365 Admin Center, MS Teams, Exchange Online, SharePoint, Intune).
- Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, and Azure.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in networking, system security, and endpoint management.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
