– We are looking for a Mercedes-Benz Team Leader with dealer experience to join our growing team.

– Key Responsibilities:
– Lead and manage a team of technicians in a busy workshop environment
– Perform advanced diagnostics and support the team in troubleshooting complex issues
– Ensure quality repair standards and timely job completion
– Coordinate with service advisors and workshop manager for smooth operations
– Mentor and train technicians to maintain Mercedes-Benz standards
– Requirements:
– 5+ years proven experience as a Team Leader / Workshop Foreman
– Strong knowledge of Mercedes-Benz systems and diagnostics
– Experience working with a dealer or authorized service center
– Excellent leadership and communication skills
– Ability to handle pressure and deliver results
– Salary & Benefits:
– Competitive salary AED 12,000 – 15,000 per month
