– Develop, monitor, and update detailed MEP project schedules using industry-standard planning tools (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project)

– Coordinate with civil, architectural, and structural teams to ensure MEP schedules are integrated with overall project timelines

– Identify critical path activities and ensure timely execution of key milestones

– Collaborate with design, procurement, and construction teams to align MEP activities with project objectives

– Monitor and manage resource allocation for MEP works, including manpower, materials, and equipment

– Review Baseline Programs / Recovery programs received from Main Contractor and prepare a schedule for the MEP activities

– Identify potential design or construction conflicts and propose solutions to mitigate delays

– Track progress of MEP works against the baseline schedule and prepare regular progress reports

– Conduct delay analysis and recommend corrective actions to recover lost time

– Generate look-ahead schedules to forecast upcoming activities and identify risks

– Act as a liaison between project management, site teams, and clients regarding MEP planning matters

– Participate in project meetings, presenting updates on schedule performance and critical issues

– Provide technical support to resolve planning-related queries from project teams

– Identify potential risks and delays related to MEP activities and develop mitigation strategies

– Implement contingency plans to address unforeseen issues impacting the project schedule

– Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related field

– Minimum 2+ years of experience in MEP planning for large-scale construction projects

– Proficiency in planning software such as Primavera P6 and MS Project

– Strong understanding of MEP systems, construction processes, and project management principles

– Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills

– Familiarity with local building codes, standards, and safety regulations

– Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) or planning (e.g., PSP) is an advantage
