Job Position: MEP Estimator
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

– Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or a related field
– Experience: Minimum 5 years of MEP estimation experience in the UAE/GCC
– Responsibilities:
– Prepare accurate cost estimates for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works.
– Analyze project drawings, specifications, and tender documents.
– Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing.
– Ensure timely submission of competitive bids and proposals.
– Additional Qualifications:
– Strong knowledge of market rates, suppliers, and construction practices.
– Proficiency in estimation software and MS Office.
