Job Position: MEP Cost Controller

– Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
– Minimum 5-10 years in MEP cost control, preferably in high-rise or large-scale residential projects
– Develop and maintain detailed budgets for MEP works
– Forecast future costs based on project progress and market trends
– Prepare accurate cost estimates for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
– Analyse cost variances and recommend corrective actions
– Track actual costs vs. budgeted costs throughout the project lifecycle
– Generate periodic cost reports for stakeholders and senior management
