MEP Coordinator (Arabic Speaker)

Requirements
– 8–10 years of experience in MEP coordination within construction projects
– Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
– Strong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems
– Experience reviewing MEP drawings, shop drawings, and technical submittals
– Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
– Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced project environment
– Proactive, reliable, and collaborative team player
Key Responsibilities
– Coordinate MEP activities across construction projects
– Review MEP drawings, specifications, and technical submissions
– Coordinate with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and project teams
– Conduct clash detection and ensure integration with Architectural, Structural, and Civil teams
– Monitor site progress and ensure compliance with approved drawings and schedules
– Prepare coordination reports and follow up on RFIs, shop drawings, and material submittals
– Ensure compliance with local regulations and quality standards
