Job Position: Director – Legal Counsel – Infrastructure
Location: Dammam, Saudi Arabia

– Supporting a major infrastructure organisation in the Eastern Province.
– Long-term, Dammam-based role with senior-level exposure across infrastructure delivery, corporate governance, and strategic transactions.
– Advising on major infrastructure contracts (EPC / PPP).
– Supporting board and governance matters.
– Involvement in significant corporate and capital markets activity, including IPO-related and transaction work.
– Interfaces regularly with government stakeholders and external advisers.
– Saudi-qualified lawyers with 12+ years’ experience in leading law firms, government, or complex project environments.
– Credible exposure to governance, transactions, and large-scale infrastructure programmes.
– Strong Arabic and English capability is essential.
– Discussions will be handled on a confidential basis.
