Job Position: General Manager (Boutique Fitness)

– Lead all aspects of operations for a female-focused boutique fitness facility opening in Dubai in November/December 2025.
– Operational leadership, financial oversight, strategic planning & reporting, team management.
– Oversee membership & customer experience, marketing & brand support, supplier & vendor management, compliance & risk management.
– Minimum 5 years of management experience in fitness, leisure, hospitality, or related sectors; women-only gym or boutique fitness experience highly desirable.
– Demonstrated experience with budgeting, cost control, and revenue management.
– Commitment to delivering exceptional service and building a loyal membership community.
– Degree in business, hospitality management, sports management, or related field preferred.
– Fitness industry certifications are a plus, preferably expertise/certification in glutes & legs.
– Skills required: leadership, communication, business acumen, budgeting, customer service, tech-savvy, fitness/wellness.
– Compensation: AED 20,000 – AED 25,000 based on experience, expertise & qualifications.
