– Prepare and serve high-quality beverages and specialty coffee

– Proficiency in barista skills and experience in preparing a variety of coffee and beverages
– Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with a focus on guest experience
– Effective communication skills to interact with customers and team members
– Basic knowledge of food preparation and hygiene standards
– Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with attention to detail
– Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory
– Positive attitude and passion for delivering high-quality service
