– Key Responsibilities:
– Provide technical support and troubleshooting for users across the company.
– Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, software, and applications.
– Monitor and resolve network (LAN/WAN) and connectivity issues.
– Manage backups, data security, and system protection.
– Coordinate with external service providers to ensure business continuity.
– Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in information technology or computer science, or any related field.
– 1–3 years of proven experience in IT Technical Support or a related field.
– Strong knowledge of Cybersecurity.
– Good knowledge of servers (installation, configuration, and troubleshooting).
– Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows & Mac) and office applications.
– Experience with networking, printers, and hardware troubleshooting.
– Good problem-solving and analytical skills.
