Job Title – MATERIAL ENGINEER

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Qualification & Experience:

🔹 Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, Materials Science, or a related field
🔹 5+ years of UAE/GCC experience in Interior Fit-out, Architecture, and Materials Engineering
🔹 Strong expertise in materials properties, durability, and applications in interior design
🔹 Familiarity with LEED & WELL sustainability standards (LEED GA preferred)
🔹 Knowledge of UAE market suppliers, fire-rated materials, and sustainability practices
🔹 Must be available in the UAE for a face-to-face interview
🔹 Full-time employment – Immediate joiners preferred

Technical Skills:

✔ Strong knowledge of fit-out materials, joinery, finishes, and furniture
✔ Experience with CAD software, Microsoft Suite, and relevant engineering tools
✔ Understanding of sustainable and eco-friendly materials

Soft Skills:

✔ Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
✔ Strong organizational and negotiation abilities
✔ Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment

🇦🇪 UAE-Specific Requirements:

✔ Knowledge of local building codes, fire safety standards, and sustainability regulations
✔ UAE driving license & local supplier experience is a plus
