– Experienced and highly organized Stores Manager to oversee materials management operations
– 15+ years of proven experience in storekeeping, inventory control, and material management, with the last 5 years in the construction sector
– Oversee all store and inventory operations across multiple construction projects
– Implement and maintain robust inventory control systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency
– Coordinate with procurement, project, and site teams to ensure timely availability of materials
– Maintain optimal stock levels and ensure proper storage practices in compliance with HSE requirements
– Conduct regular audits and reconciliations of materials and supplies
– Train and lead store personnel to maintain high operational standards
– Prepare detailed inventory reports for management review
– Strong knowledge of construction materials, tools, and equipment
– Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
– Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Office applications
– Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
