– Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced Chartered Accountant with a strong accounting and banking background to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be a Qualified Accountant (ACCA/CA) with deep expertise in Oracle Flexcube and hands-on experience in system/product implementation.
Roles & Responsibilities:
–Lead the implementation of the ROD solution in Flexcube.
–Collaborate with business and technical teams to gather requirements and design effective solutions.
–Ensure seamless integration of Flexcube with existing banking systems and processes.
–Support testing, troubleshooting, and validation of the implemented solution.
–Provide subject matter expertise on accounting and financial reporting within Flexcube.
–Train and guide end-users to ensure adoption of the solution.
–Act as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Must-Have:
–ACCA/CA Qualification
– Strong knowledge of Oracle Flexcube
– In-depth understanding of banking operations & financial processes
Desired Skills:
–Hands-on experience in Flexcube system/product implementation
–Exposure to ROD solution implementation within Flexcube
–Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
