Job Position: Senior Operations Executive

– Evaluate the daily operations in the mall through constant follow-up and visits to ensure that all tenants are operating smoothly according to operations’ standards with no irregularities
– Report all issues related to Customer Service, Maintenance, Housekeeping, Security, and Safety to Management to be resolved immediately according to internal standards
– Report incidents for discussion with the Operations Manager through constant visits to all zones in the mall
– Follow up on work progress through traffic on the units and the corridors of the mall, and make daily memos, penalties, periodical weekly and monthly reports
– Participate in the implementation of the plans for promotional activities and annual festivals at the mall
– Establish internal operational system, policies, and procedures for quality assurance, customer service, and food safety
– Review outsourced utility bills against contract terms and operational KPIs to ensure compliance with received services and prevent operational issues
– Develop work plans, objectives, and goals forthe assigned area
– Bachelor’s Degree in Management, Business Administration, or any related field
– 3 to 5 years of experience in Mall Operations
– Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
– Flexible to work on rotational shifts
