Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related discipline
– Professional certifications such as CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner) would be an added advantage
– Minimum 6-7 years of hands-on experience in fraud monitoring, analysis, prevention, detection, or investigation within the banking or financial services industry
– Familiarity with fraud detection tools such as VRM, Falcon, and other transaction monitoring systems
– Proven experience in leading fraud investigations and implementing preventive controls
– Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
– Up-to-date knowledge about CBUAE Standards and other relevant legislations
